DAVID DESIMONE
David DeSimone has provided legal counsel and advocacy to businesses and individuals for over 30 years. He has substantial experience in the areas of corporate and business law, contracts and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, wills and trusts, elder law and civil litigation.
Prior to founding DeSimone Pearson, LC, Mr. DeSimone was an equity partner at a leading Kansas City, Missouri law firm where he worked on complex corporate transactions and advised business owners, executives and individuals on a wide variety of legal matters.
Mr. DeSimone believes that a lawyer's most important responsibility is to offer sound legal advice and problem-solving skills in order to help clients protect their business and assets, minimize risk and avoid disputes. And when disputes do arise, Mr. DeSimone strives to assist his clients in resolving the disputes on a sensible and cost-effective basis while protecting the client's business, assets and reputation.
Mr. DeSimone is admitted to the Missouri Bar, the Kansas Bar, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association and the Kansas Bar Association. He has served on numerous bar, civic and charitable boards and committees.
